Pour boiling water over the turmeric and ginger root and let it stand for 15 minutes, then add the juice of one lemon, you can add honey to taste. Fresh turmeric juice: 2 peeled lemons + 5 stalks of celery + 1 apple + 2 small carrots + 6 medium turmeric roots (tumeric) (if you don't have fresh turmeric root replace it with one teaspoon of ground) + 3 cm of ginger root (can also be replaced with ground, about 1/2 teaspoon of powder) + 5 sprigs of fresh mint (can be cilantro). All the fresh ingredients should be passed through a juicer, in the case of adding powder of turmeric and ginger we add it to the finished juice and mix thoroughly. And so prepared juice is already ready to drink.
